Do you Guarantee the removal of Pet stains ?

Unfortunaly this is the only stain we cannot gaurantee that the stain will be completly removed. we can gaurantee that there will be at least a 80% improvement

Can I just get the stains removed ?

Stain removal works in conjuction with our carpet cleaning and is not a stand alone service.

Do I need to move the furniture ?

Our fixed pricing is per room. For best results for you, we suggest moving the furniture so we can clean the entire room. We will lift light items out the way and clean around heavy items such as beds, lounge suits and under dinning tables.

How does carpet protector work?

Carpet protector is a waterbased solution applied to the carppets which creates an invisble barrier allowing for accidentel spliages to be soaked up using a clean cloth or paper toweling without leaving a nasty stain

Carpet protector best results?

We only apply Carpet protector in conjuction with a deep extraction clean for dirty or used carpets.

Carpet Protector for new carpets?

This will be one of the best descions you will make. After such a big investment on new carpets why would you not want to protect them from accidental spills and outside allergens.
