How does your money-back guarantee work in practice?

Once your carpets have fully dried, take a look at the finish. If you are not satisfied with the results, get in touch with us right away. We will gladly return to re-clean the problem areas free of charge, or provide you with a prompt refund of your money.

Are tough stains covered under the standard guarantee?

Standard cleaning removes everyday dirt, traffic build-up, and general grime. Specific deep or set in stains are NOT covered under our 100% satisfaction gaurantee.

When do I need to let you know if I am not happy?

Please inspect your carpets as soon as they are fully dry. If anything does not meet your expectations, simply reach out within 48 hours of cleaning so we can arrange a re-clean or your refund promptly.

Do you Guarantee of removal of tough stains?

No we dont. We do guarantee between a 80% to 100% improvement. however we cannot guarantee 100% everytime. Sometimes there are just some stains that will just not go away. PS we have had more 100% results than 80%

Does the guarantee apply to all fixed price packages?

Can you make old, worn carpets look brand new?

While professional hotwater deep cleaning revitalises fibres and lifts ground-in dirt, it cannot repair permanent fibre damage, heavy fading, or physical wear. We guarantee the cleanest possible result your carpet can achieve.

Are there any hidden call-out fees or charges?
